1. Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
    • Check your bank account again
    • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
    • Contact your bank

5. Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at intuitiditsolutionspvtltd@outlook.com and send your item to:

6. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (depending on the case).
